A major search for an 11-year-old boy who fell into a river will resume later.
Emergency services were alerted just before 4pm on Tuesday after the boy fell into the River Towy in the Tanerdy area of Carmarthen.
Police, firefighters, a coastguard rescue team, the Ferryside inshore lifeboat crew and an RAF Sea King rescue helicopter were all involved.
Search teams are due to go back on Wednesday morning to look for the boy, who has not been identified.
Specially trained officers from Dyfed-Powys Police are supporting his family.
A police spokeswoman said: "Police and other emergency services will continue to search in the morning for an 11-year-old boy who was reported to have fallen into the River Towy."
